A satellite office of Portsmouth Community Health Center, Inc., Park Place Medical Center opened its doors in 2001 and shares our mission to provide healthcare services for our neighbors in Portsmouth, Norfolk and the surrounding Hampton Roads area on a sliding fee scale.

Our comprehensive medical services include: treatment for hypertension, diabetes management, women’s health services, including pregnancy screening, pediatric services, work and school physicals, laboratory and x-ray services, flu and pneumonia vaccines, treatment for minor illnesses, prescriptions for medicine, and referrals to specialty care practitioners.  We also offer preventive care, annual check ups, diabetes and blood pressure checks, and screenings for sexually transmitted diseases and HIV.
