- Are you accepting new patients and do you have any city restrictions?
Answer: Yes, we are accepting new patients. We offer services to residents of Portsmouth, Norfolk and the surrounding South Hampton Roads area.
- Can I keep my primary care physician, but utilize your facility when he/she is not available?
Answer: No, you will need to get a referral from your primary care physician and be registered as a new patient at our facility.

- Do you provide dental services?
Answer: Yes, we provide a full array of dental services at our Portsmouth location for children as well as adults.
- My child needs a sports physical. Do you offer that service and if so, what is the cost?
Answer: Yes, for a flat fee of $20 per child.
- Do you provide testing for STD’s or HIV?
Answer: Yes, by appointment only.

- What insurance will you accept?
Answer: We accept Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare and commercial insurances.
- What does paying on a “sliding fee scale” mean?
Answer: Paying on a “sliding fee scale” means that you would pay according to your income. (appropriate documentation to substantiate income is required.)
- Are you a “free clinic”?
Answer: No, unlike a free clinic, we accept people with health insurance (i.e. Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, Tricare and other commercial insurances. If you do not have insurance, we offer you the opportunity to pay for the health care service you receive based on a sliding fee scale.
